The Bristol Street motors group hold a 96 hour event every six months where new and existing customers have 4 days to pick up a great deal on the car of their choice. Previous to Crispin Associates involvement the Exeter dealership had always been middle of the pack of the 40 garages nationwide.

This time using Crispin's different design concepts, segmentation of their data and a powerful direct mail message the garage had the busiest event ever. The catering people couldn’t cope with amount of visitors and the Exeter Bristol Street team came top of the pile.
